Well, I'm no mechanic, but if the cable and plug are fine, the motor might be the culprit, a bit like a weak heart struggling to pump. Honestly, I ended up just taking mine to the workshop. They diagnosed it quickly. It was the heater itself, and they replaced the cable while they were at it.
