V90 AUC Sensor Defective Connector

I'm experiencing a problem with my 2017 Volvo V90 gasoline. The blower motor isn't working, and I suspect a fault with the AUC sensor (cabin air quality sensor). Has anyone encountered that?

I had a similar issue with my V90. Could be the cable or plug connection of the component defective, causing the sensor to malfunction. Is your climate control acting up as well?

Yes, the climate control seems to be affected too. Could you elaborate on the 'cable or plug connection'? What did you do to fix it?

In my case, the connection was indeed the problem. However, because I am not particularly versed in car repairs, I brought it to a workshop and they identified a defective connector. They replaced it and the issue was solved. Given your climate control is also affected, I'd recommend a professional diagnosis.

Thank you for the advice. I visited a workshop, and as you suggested, it was a defective connector on the AUC sensor. Repair cost me 95€. Appreciate your insight!
