Thanks! Where was the heating element located in relation to the washer nozzles on your BMW? I'm having trouble finding it on my V90. Do you remember any specific steps you took to diagnose the issue?

On the BMW it was right under the nozzles, attached to the washer jet assembly. I actually took it to the workshop because I couldn't get proper access without removing some parts. They confirmed it was corrosion on the plug. Best bet might be to get yours looked at.

I appreciate the suggestion. I'll schedule an appointment with a workshop to investigate the heating element and connections. The diagnostic showed a defective connection, costing 95€.

I had a similar problem with my old BMW 3 series. The washer jets wouldn't spray in the winter. On the BMW, there was a tiny heating element for the washer fluid right near the nozzles. Check the connection to that heating element and make sure it's getting power. It might be corroded or loose.
