Venza power window failure

I'm at my wit's end! My 2008 Toyota Venza with a gasoline engine is giving me grief. The power windows are completely dead, and the error memory shows a fault. I suspect it's the power window switch, but what gives?

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue on my Toyota Highlander. Have you checked the regulator motor? Sometimes those go bad and throw off the whole system. If the motor is dead, the switch won't do anything.
