Verso AC undervoltage error

Good shout. I hadn't considered a refrigerant leak, I'll check that out. I've also been looking at the relay switch. Was it a leak in your case then? Or was it something else? It’s just odd that it's throwing an undervoltage error…

For me it was something else. I booked it in with a trusted mechanic, as I was getting nowhere fast myself. Turned out to be a faulty A/C compressor, after they checked all the usual suspects like refrigerant and the relay. Given the error code you mentioned, it might be best to take it to a workshop and get it properly diagnosed.

Okay, thanks for the advice! I followed your suggestion and took it to my local garage. They ran a proper diagnostic and it turns out it was indeed the A/C compressor, along with some wiring issues due to the undervoltage. Cost me 240€ to get sorted. Cheers for pointing me in the right direction!

I had a similar problem with my Verso, though mine is a petrol engine. Same symptoms, A/C just quit. Did you check for refrigerant leaks? That's often the first thing to go. Also, have you had any electrical work done recently that might be related?
