Vezel outside temperature sensor issues

My 2022 Honda Vezel with a gasoline engine has a weird problem. At 38975 km, the outside temperature sensor seems faulty. I get an error, the AC doesn't work, the spray nozzles freeze, and the mirror heating is dead. I suspect a bad cable or plug. Anyone seen this before? Trying to avoid big workshop costs.

I have a Vezel as well, and your description sounds very familiar. I had similar issues with the AC and the mirror heating. I would check the sensor itself before looking at the wirings.

Yes, the spray nozzles were freezing too. I finally had it diagnosed as a faulty temperature sensor. I'd recommend getting it checked by a professional, as fiddling with it yourself could cause further issues.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop, and they confirmed a defective outside temperature sensor, like you said. The repair, including the new sensor, was 95€.
