Thanks for the reply! I have noticed the engine idle being a little rough sometimes, now that you mention it. Is it possible that a defective control valve can trigger those symptoms? How did you end up fixing yours?

Thanks a lot for the help! I took it to the shop, and you were spot on. They confirmed the accelerator pedal module was faulty. Total repair cost was 205€. Runs like new now!

Hey, I have a Vezel too. I had similar issues – the higher fuel consumption was a real pain! Did you notice any changes in the engine idle? It might be a throttle position sensor or even the throttle body itself acting up.
