Vezel SRS Light
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Honda Vezel owner is experiencing an issue with the SRS (airbag) warning light staying on. Despite checking wires, plugs, and fuses, the problem persists. A suggestion is made to inspect the crash sensors for corrosion or loose connections, but caution is advised due to the risk of accidental airbag deployment. Ultimately, the issue is resolved at a workshop, where a defective cable or plug connection is identified and repaired.

Crash sensors, huh? Where exactly are those usually located? Is that something I can realistically check myself, or am I risking accidentally deploying the airbags and ending up on YouTube?

On my Peugeot they were behind the front bumper. Honestly, I wouldn't mess with them too much unless you really know what you're doing. Airbags are serious business. Best bet is probably a workshop to get it diagnosed properly. Could just be a defective cable or plug connection.

Thanks! Workshop visit confirmed. It was a defective cable or plug connection, just like you said! Cost me 95€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the advice!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my old Peugeot years ago. Same symptoms though – that annoying SRS light just wouldn't quit. Have you checked the crash sensors? They can sometimes get corroded or the connection can become loose.
