Thanks for the input! I did check the air circulation settings and even tried recalibrating the HVAC unit through the diagnostic menu, but no luck. Did you end up needing to replace any parts, or was it just a settings issue for you?

Unfortunately, resetting the settings didn't solve the issue for me either. In my case, the workshop confirmed that the air distribution flap motor was faulty. I would recommend taking your Vezel to a professional. They can properly diagnose the cause.

Turns out you were right, it was a faulty connection to the air distribution flap motor. Workshop confirmed and repaired it for 95€. Thanks!

Hello. I also own a Vezel. I experienced similar heating problems last winter. The air wasn't distributed correctly, and the heating felt very weak. Have you checked the HVAC unit's air circulation settings? Sometimes a simple reset can resolve the issue.
