VW Golf Bluemotion Diesel: Engine problems and error messages in winter

I own a 2010 VW Golf Bluemotion with a diesel engine and 205,000 km on the odometer. I'm experiencing the following problems: jerking during acceleration, rough running, reduced engine power, and the engine takes longer to start when cold. Additionally, the engine is difficult to start and there's increased fuel consumption. The engine, turbocharger, and DPF have already been replaced. Since then, the start/stop function no longer works. Especially in colder months, error code P256300 appears, the ignition coil light comes on, and the engine has no power. After a restart, the error initially disappears but may reappear. The check engine light blinks after a longer period. At low revs, the car jerks, and the engine runs roughly at idle. The temperature rarely reaches 90 degrees Celsius in winter and drops during faster driving on the highway. I've replaced the car battery three times in the last five years without registering it. It seems like the car is drawing power, as the battery was dead after a two-week vacation unless I disconnected it beforehand. Error codes POD4E, DTC_02071, and most recently P010100 keep appearing. I've been to several workshops, but each gives a different diagnosis. What could be the problem?
