VW Golf Cabrio problems with the DPF

Hey guys, I have a problem with my 2014 VW Golf Diesel. Instead of running as usual, I now notice black smoke when accelerating, the check engine light is on, I am experiencing a loss of power, and the DPF doesn't seem to be regenerating properly. There is also a strong exhaust smell. I suspect that it may be due to the heavily loaded diesel particulate filter. Has anyone had any experience with similar problems and can give me any tips on how to rectify the problem? I would be particularly interested to know how the problem was solved in the workshop and what your experiences were. Many thanks for your help!

Hello , I still see error 0029D0 on the app, For me it is so that there is no jerking in manual mode, i.e. shifting or with the steering wheel paddles, I say in the transmission

Hello, it's me again What do you think of a basic adjustment for the DSG gearbox (so-called reset) and can you do the adaptation drive yourself and what does it involve. MfG A.Felten

A basic adjustment or "reset" of the DSG gearbox can sometimes help with shifting issues. This process resets the transmission control unit to its factory settings, which can help if the issue is due to incorrect settings. However, this should be done by a professional as it requires specific knowledge and equipment. The adaptation drive, which helps the transmission learn your driving style, can be done by you. It involves driving in a specific way for a certain period of time. However, if the jerking continues after the reset, I would still recommend having a transmission specialist inspect your vehicle.
