Hello folks! I have a small problem with my 2011 Seat Alhambra Diesel (mileage: 105,690 km) and need your expert opinions. I've recently had several warning signals such as the check engine light, the oil warning light and unusual engine noises. It seems to me that this may be related to engine oil contamination. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good feeling during my last visit to the mechanic and would therefore like to hear your experiences before I go to the next mechanic. Hi, I understand your concerns, I had similar problems with my 2014 Seat Leon. Last month I went through the same situation with my car, warning lights here and there and noticeably strange engine noises. On my last visit to the garage, they first changed the oil. After that, everything ran as before. I hope my experience helps you!

Hey, sure, no problem. So after I went to the mechanic, they fixed the engine oil contamination. It cost me €165 to remove the worn engine oil and fill with new. It also seems that the mechanic did a good job as I haven't had any further problems since. So my tip is not to hesitate and get it checked. You never know what other consequences it could have.
