WRV fuel level sensor issue
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Honda WRV diesel is experiencing intermittent check engine light activation and occasional stalling at idle, with a diagnostic error pointing to the fuel level sensor. The issue is accompanied by erratic fuel gauge behavior, particularly when the tank is not full. The suggested solution is to have the fuel level sensor and wiring checked at a workshop, where replacing the defective sensor resolved the problem.

Yes, I've noticed the fuel gauge fluctuates a bit, especially when the tank isn't full. It sounds like the same problem you experienced. What was the fix?

Yep, sounds like the same thing. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop. They can properly diagnose the level sensor or wiring. My car was showing the same symptoms, I was able to solve the issue by letting the shop change the defective sensor.

Thank you for the advice. I took it to a workshop, and as you suggested, the fuel level sensor was indeed faulty. The total repair cost was 52€. I appreciate your help!

I had a similar issue with my WRV. Is your fuel gauge acting erratically as well? Does it happen more when the fuel level is low?
