The fluid reservoir wasn't frozen, and the pump seems fine. It's just the heating element for the nozzles. Do you remember anything about the repair?

No prob! Honestly, I didn't mess with it myself. Electrical stuff scares me. I took it straight to a workshop, and they sorted it out pretty quick. Best bet is to get it checked by someone who knows their stuff.

I did the same and had a technician look at it. Defective connection confirmed, and the windshield washer heater was repaired for 95€.

Dude, I have a WRV too, and I had a similar problem last winter. My washer nozzles were totally frozen solid. I didn't get any error messages, but the spray was non-existent when it was freezing out. Was the fluid actually getting to the pump, or was that frozen too?
