XC60 Engine Knocking Sound

Woah, that sounds rough! I had something similar happen with my XC60. Is it kinda like a pinging sound, especially when the engine's under load? Reduced power and jerking, yeah, I remember that. Have you checked the spark plugs? When did you last do an engine tuning?
