Xcent rear ventilation flap fault
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Hyundai Xcent with a gasoline engine experienced an issue where the AC stopped cooling, and a diagnostic scan revealed an error related to the rear ventilation flap. The problem was suspected to be a simple fix, such as a loose cable or plug connection to the flap actuator. After taking the car to a workshop, it was confirmed that the issue was indeed a defective cable/plug connection, which was repaired, restoring the AC's functionality.

Good call on the fuse box, hadn't thought of that! Where is the fuse for the climate control usually located? Under the hood or inside the cabin?

I'm no expert, but given all those symptoms like the error code, climate control malfunction and the warm air, it's probably more than just a fuse. A loose connection on the actuator seems like the most likely culprit. If you are not confident, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They can fix it pretty quickly.

I took it to the shop, and you were right – it was a defective cable/plug connection to the rear ventilation flap! Total cost was 95€, and the AC is blowing cold again.

Could be the flap actuator cable. But if the climate control is acting up, maybe check the fuse box first before tearing everything apart?
