I own a 2016 Honda XRV with a gasoline engine. Recently, I've observed reduced engine power, accompanied by the check engine light illuminating. Mileage is at 65078 km. I suspect the throttle valve is defective. Could a faulty accelerator pedal module or related electronics be the cause?

Sounds like the same issue. I had the throttle body checked, and it turned out to be a defective accelerator pedal module. Best to have it professionally diagnosed at a workshop to confirm.
