Xsara Seat Heating Failure

Had something similar happen with my old Volvo. The seat heating just quit. Did you check the thermal sensor or the fuse?

Thermal sensor, interesting. Is that a common point of failure? Where is that located in the seat?

On my Volvo the sensor was integrated into the heating mat. Since you're getting an error code and the heating doesn't work at all, I'd say it's likely the mat itself. I ended up taking it to a workshop.

Thanks. I'll check the sensor, but sounds like a new heating mat. Workshop quoted 390€, so I'm going to order the part myself and give it a try.
