Yaris Hybrid Battery Sensor

I'm having an issue with my 2015 Toyota Yaris hybrid. It has about 99408 kilometers on it. The battery seems heavily discharged. I'm getting an error message, weak lights, an error stored in memory, and a weak start. I checked the terminals, and they're clean. Any guidance?

Thanks, I haven't checked the battery sensor itself. Where is it located, and can I test it with basic tools, or do I need special equipment? And yes, the error code was related to the battery sensor.
