Zoe Climate Control Problem

I'm having a climate issue with my 2013 Zoe (electric engine) at 204137 km. The automatic temperature control stopped working. Diagnostic memory shows a fault, and the AC won't engage. I think it's a defective cable or plug connection to the interior temperature sensor. Has anyone else had this?

Hey! I've got a Zoe too, and it sounds like what happened to mine last summer. The climate control went haywire, like the car always thought it was the same temperature inside. Did you check the basics, like fuses?

Fuses are fine, and the system's refrigerant level is okay. Were your symptoms the same, and was it a sensor?

Yep, symptoms were spot on. I messed around a bit, but electrics aren't my thing. I took it to a workshop, and they sorted it. Saved me a headache – sometimes it's just worth letting the pros handle it.

I took it to a Renault technician. They agreed it was a faulty interior temperature sensor connection. The repair, including cable fix and sensor recalibration, was 95€. Thanks for helping me avoid a long problem.
