No recent modifications or repairs. Can you give more details about the location of the circuit break and how you diagnosed and fixed it?

The damaged wiring was near the ignition switch, which is hard to reach. Given the error code and symptoms, and that my problem was solved by a workshop changing the faulty wire, I'd recommend a qualified technician. They have the tools to safely find and fix the fault. Electricity is dangerous and should be handled by a pro.

I've booked an appointment with a workshop to check the electrical system, especially the wiring near the ignition switch, based on your advice. The final repair cost was 95€. Thanks for the help!

I drive a Zoe too, and this sounds familiar! I had a similar 'Terminal 15' issue. Did you check the circuit break? Mine was a partially severed wire in the harness. Have you done any recent modifications or repairs that might have loosened wires?
