Citroen C1 Fuel Level Sensor Fault

I own a 2014 Citroen C1 with a gasoline engine. The check engine light illuminates, and the engine sometimes stalls at idle. Error memory shows a fuel level sensor fault. Is there a fuse linked to the fuel system on this model?

I had a similar issue with my C1. The fuel gauge was acting erratically. Have you checked the wiring to the sensor? Could be a loose connection.

Where is the fuel level sensor wiring located, and is it easily accessible? Is there a way to check the integrity of the sensor?

It's located in the fuel tank, under the rear seat. You can access it, but I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. It's not that complex to fix. I had the same symptoms, and the fuel level sensor was faulty.
