CT200h Headlight Range Control Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Lexus CT200h hybrid has a fault in the headlight range control system, causing the low beams to misalign. The issue is likely due to a faulty headlight servomotor, as indicated by an error code. Suggested solutions include checking the auto-leveling control module and wiring for damage or corrosion. Ultimately, the servomotor was confirmed as the problem and was repaired at a workshop.

Yes, the error code points to the servomotor. How can I confirm it's bad? Are there voltage or resistance tests to check before replacing it?

Voltage and resistance checks might help, but the servomotor's internals aren't easy to measure without special tools. Given the error code, symptoms, and your checks, the servomotor is likely the problem. It's best to get it checked at a workshop with the right tools, a Lexus dealer would be ideal.

I took it to a workshop, and you were right. The servomotor was the problem. Repairs cost 1040€. Thanks for the help.

The symptoms point to a faulty headlight servomotor. Did you scan for the error code? Check the auto-leveling control module and wiring for corrosion or damage. Beam issues often come from that system.
