Hey there, cheers for the tip! Spot on experience with your Duster, eh? Now, you've given me some goosebumps about overlooking it, but guess I'll have to roll it into a garage after all. By the way, do you recall how much it costed you to switch out that buggy cable plug? And, has anything popped up with your mirror or anything else since then? Love to get a heads up on any potential pit stops. Ta!

Hey! Good call on the garage visit, can't be too careful with these things, right? So, my Duster's repair bill for that naughty cable connection hit me for 155€. Not cheap, but definitely worth it considering the peace of mind it brings, you know? And to ease your worries after that fix-up, haven't had a single problem with the mirror or its heater so far - all's been smooth sailing. Looks like the mechanic did a top-notch job! But still, keep an eye out on your Spring - every ride has its quirks. Cheers!

Legit! Can’t thank you enough for your insights. That does sound like a bit of investment, but I guess for reliability and peace of mind, it's worth every penny. Knowing it's worked out well for you gives me some good hope. Going to book a visit to the garage pronto. Will keep an eye out for any other gremlins playin’ up in my Spring! Catch you later, bud! Cheers for the help!

Hey, had a similar issue with my 2019 Dacia Duster, clicked about 30K on it. Turned out to be a dodgy cable connection in the exterior mirror system, kind of made my mirror heater take the day off, like yours. My garage, well, they knew their stuff. They had to replace the defective cable plug. Word of advice, don't mess about with it yourself. Get a pro on it. It's not exactly catastrophic damage, but if left unchecked, it could lead to other complications down the road. So yeah, head to a reliable garage. Peace out.
