Increased heat instead of cooling: experiences with the Opel Insignia's air conditioning system

Hey guys, have you ever had problems with the air conditioning in your Opel Insignia? In my case, it only blows warm air and doesn't work properly overall. I think this could be due to the control valve. My car has a mileage of 132319 km and a petrol engine from 2021. I would be happy if you have ever had problems of this kind and were able to solve them in the workshop. Unfortunately, I didn't have such a good experience last time. Would be great if you could share your experiences. Thanks in advance!

Hello, the drops coming out of the air vents, is that really water or could it be coolant?

Servus Yes, good question, I don't know either

If you're unsure, you might want to check the liquid for any color or smell. Coolant is usually brightly colored (often green or orange) and has a sweet smell. If it's clear and odorless, it's likely just condensation, which is normal. However, if it's coolant, you might have a heater core leak, which would require immediate attention from a mechanic.

Servus I told all this to my employee and he simply said it was normal, it was condensation water🤔

He just wants to take everything out from the inside and then look where something is broken But that's too expensive for me, so just labor costs 2-3 thousand euros without parts or whatnot
