Hey guys I recently added features too my bmw 320i derive 2013 & I added the feature start vehicle with brake 1 & 2 & turned both of them on & psi temp on Idrive & also auto start/stop as well & once I did. That vehicle would not turn on I I towed the vehicle & they said the battery needs replaced & I replaced the battery but now there says the short wire too the starter could be the issue but they aren’t 100% so they have too do test any advice

Hello, It is a known problem with BMW vehicles that the cable from the starter to the body oxidizes and can therefore no longer transmit current. This cable can usually be replaced quickly. Please let us know what exactly was defective in your vehicle.

It sounds like there might be an issue with one or more of your TPMS sensors. These sensors can fail due to a dead battery or damage. I would recommend having the TPMS sensors checked at a tire shop or your local mechanic. They have specialized tools that can test the sensors. Please keep us updated on your progress.

Error only occurred with defective tire sensors on my winter tires, there was no error message again on the summer tires.
