Looking for help: BMW X2 Diesel with 'Central error memory lock active' error message and high repair costs

Hello everyone, I'm worried about my BMW X2 Diesel, which has already driven 22,518 km. Last time, the mechanic charged me a lot of money for a repair that really surprised me. Now my car shows the error Central error memory lock active. Have any of you had similar problems and can share your experiences with this type of fault and the costs involved? Any info would be very helpful! Thanks in advance!

Error only occurred with defective tire sensors on my winter tires, there was no error message again on the summer tires.

It seems like the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors on your winter tires might be faulty. If the error doesn't occur with your summer tires, it's likely that the sensors on the winter tires need to be replaced. I recommend having them checked and replaced if necessary before you use them again. Please keep us updated on the progress.
