Peugeot 4007 Torque Converter Issue

Hi, I'm having some trouble with my 2008 Peugeot 4007, diesel engine. The check engine light and transmission indicator are both on. It feels like the gearbox slips and shifts uncleanly, with some grinding noises sometimes. I ran a scan and there's an error stored about the torque converter lock-up clutch. Mileage is at 223217 km. Anyone seen this before?

That's exactly what happened to me. Unfortunately, it was indeed the automatic transmission converter. I'd suggest taking it to a trusted workshop for a proper diagnosis, but be prepared for transmission repair costs.

Thanks for the info! I took it to the workshop and they confirmed it was the torque converter. Repair cost was 2120€. At least I know what it is now.
