What do you mean by 'knock sensor'? Is it difficult to check the cable and plug? I'm not really a car expert, so any additional details would be really appreciated.

The knock sensor detects engine knock or pinging, which is caused by uncontrolled combustion. The ECU (Engine Control Unit) uses this information to adjust the ignition timing. If the connection is bad, it can cause the issues you're seeing. While you can check the connection yourself, if you are not familiar with cars, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. It's better to be safe than sorry and risk making things worse.

It was the knock sensor. The warning light is gone and the engine runs smoothly. I paid 95€ at the workshop, which is what I expected. Thanks for the help.

I also drive a Seat Arona. I experienced something similar a while back. The check engine light appeared, and I felt some poor performance, especially when idling. It might be your knock sensor. Have you checked the cable and plug connection to the sensor itself? That was the problem in my case.
