Seat Tarraco Engine Problems

My Seat Tarraco 2021 Hybrid is giving me some grief. The engine is running rough, and stalls at idle sometimes. The check engine light is on. Also, it jerks when accelerating, almost like an engine hesitation. Could this be an ignition coil issue? I've heard they can cause misfires.

Well, I'm no mechanic, but I did some research after experiencing the same engine stalling and misfire issues. The symptoms pointed towards ignition problems. It wasn't visually obvious, but taking it to a workshop for vehicle diagnostics confirmed a defective ignition coil. Apparently, the cable or plug connection to the component was defective. My strong suggestion is to take it to a professional. They can pinpoint the exact problem. It will save you a bunch of time and potential headaches.

Just to let you know, I took the Tarraco to the workshop. They did diagnostics and confirmed a defective ignition coil because of a faulty cable connection. Repair cost was 95€. Runs like new now, thanks for the advice!
