Hello Igor, what does the intake manifold look like from the inside? Is it very dirty? Or has the intake manifold also been cleaned? Has the control of the EGR valve, i.e. the wiring harness, been checked?
Intake manifold is normally dirty. EGR valve is working

Hello, I would take another close look at the vacuum supply to make sure that everything is working properly.

Hello, This sounds to me as if the EGR valve itself is defective. However, I would recommend checking the cable connection from the EGR valve to the engine control unit first.

Hello, I can't understand why everyone here goes to a garage, why do you have the carly adapter if you don't do anything yourself anyway? In any case, I have the same problem with the agr valve error. At the same time, I have the error "back pressure sensor value implausible", first dipped the back pressure sensor and no improvement. The agr valve can't be blocked because it has been deactivated for a long time together with the dpf. This suggests that it is drawing or releasing the wrong air somewhere ?! Unfortunately, I haven't found anything. It also drives normally. Does anyone have any idea what else it could be? Or whether it could also be in the exhaust tract? Thanks for helpful comments and please no answers like: "Take it to the garage" Forgot to mention, it is a bmw e87 from 2007 118d

Hi Philipp, It seems like you've already done some good troubleshooting. If the EGR valve and DPF have been deactivated and the back pressure sensor has been replaced, then it's possible that there might be a leak in the intake or exhaust system that's causing the issue. I would recommend checking all the hoses, gaskets, and seals in the intake and exhaust system for any signs of leaks. If everything looks good, you might want to consider having the ECU software checked for any issues. Please keep us updated on your progress.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. Could you please provide more details about the problem you're experiencing with your OBD2? This will help me to give you a more accurate advice.

Hello! Many parts have been replaced on my E87 116d. EGR valve, intake manifold, boost pressure sensor, exhaust back pressure sensor,... the fuel lines were also checked, as were the injectors. The DPF was also repeatedly regenerated (sometimes started via laptop) What else could cause this error?
