Hi, I'm not a professional but have a bit of experience with cars and had a similar problem with my Citroen DS3 Diesel from 2013. The reason in my case was "cable connection defective". I had it repaired at my garage and it cost me 155 euros. They replaced the cable and then everything worked again. But I would need more information to be able to help better. What exactly happens when you switch on the heating/cooling or mirror defrost? Do you hear a noise or does nothing happen?

Hey, thanks for the answer! So there are no noises, it just feels like the heating/cooling isn't working properly at all. And the mirror defrosting only works to a very limited extent. At the next inspection with 72079 km on the speedometer, I'll bring this up in the workshop and point out the cable connection. Maybe it's a similar problem to your DS3. Thanks again for the tip!
