Seeking advice for ABS/DSC system failure and power steering issues on my 2014 BMW 3 series gasoline engine

Good afternoon everyone, I'm having problems with my 2014 BMW 3 series gasoline and I'm really worried. It now has 103,843 kilometers on it and I'm currently struggling with a few symptoms such as ABS/DSC system failure, non-functional power steering and a vibrating steering wheel. My guess is that it somehow has to do with the signal failure of the electric power steering. Has anyone had any experience of this or anything similar with their car? My last garage experience wasn't that great and I just want to know what others have done in this situation. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

So it can't be because of thrust shutdown or

Hello, I have had another look at the other error codes: 521C VTG: No current coding data stored 521E VTG: Control unit is not coded for the vehicle From this information, it seems to me that something has gone wrong with the thrust control programming. I would advise you to have the car completely reprogrammed to the standard software version, I think everything should work as before afterwards

Either you have an optimizer/coder in your area or simply go to BMW and say that you want a software update because you don't know exactly which software is installed on your car.

Do you know approximately how much it costs

150-200 €, it should not cost more

Can anyone code this, or do you think I should look for someone who has experience with it?

Hello, Anyone who has the software should be able to do this. Coding/programming the control unit is not a difficult task.

Hello Chucky, If your ABS, DSC, and handbrake lights are on but no error codes are showing up, it could be a problem with your wheel speed sensors. These sensors can sometimes fail or get dirty, causing the ABS and DSC lights to illuminate. Try cleaning the sensors first and see if the lights go off. If not, you might need to replace them. However, it's also possible that the problem could be with your ABS/DSC module. If the module is failing, it might not be able to communicate with your diagnostic tool, which could explain why no error codes are showing up. In any case, I would recommend having a professional mechanic take a look at your car to diagnose the problem accurately. Please keep us updated on your progress. Do you have any other questions?
