ABS warning light and shifting problems with BMW X3 petrol engine from 2016

Hello everyone! I have a small problem with my 2016 BMW X3 petrol engine, which has already done 52864 km. The gearshift sometimes hitches, the ABS warning light is constantly on and it makes scary noises, like a whining or grinding. I've already thought about whether this could be due to oil wear in the transfer case? Has anyone here ever had similar problems and how did it go with your mechanic? I have a serious problem! My distributor gearbox has been overhauled. But I have 2 permanent errors from the gearbox and 2 from the drive stabilization. The gearbox cannot be reset. BMW 750 dx, F1, Thank you very much, Mfg Erik Hofmann
